As soon as you arrive at White Strand and meet Mary, you know it is a special place. The area is so calming and quiet, with big airy rooms, a beautiful breeze, amazing views and beautiful people. Mary got us settled and sent us on our way right away with lots of information of the area and what to see. Standing at the most northern tip of Ireland at sunset is an experience not to be missed, and one we feel very fortunate to have had. Mary recommended a great restaurant very close by for supper, and now we can say we dined at the most northern place to eat in Ireland – and what a great meal! Mary’s hospitality was incredible, as was her house. Breakfast was delicious and Mary was able to help us plan out our next day with expert advice. Can’t wait until we can make it back there for another visit.
